[Technical Class] Internet of Things Application Course (4) - How to set up cloud configuration?

In order to help UniMAT customers use IoT products more conveniently, a series of articles on Internet of Things application courses are launched. The articles will comprehensively introduce the software and hardware, operation methods, related configurations, typical applications, common problems and other knowledge of UniMAT IoT. After reading the full text, you can have a comprehensive understanding of the Internet of Things, and achieve more with less for the application of the Internet of Things.

This issue brings you the configuration settings of Edimensional IoT cloud .

Process: User registration à device registration à adding real-time data à adding virtual device à adding template à binding template à publishing template

1. Add real-time data

In the device management platform, Anyaccess, add real-time data to the registered devices

2. Add a virtual device

If you only need to implement the remote upload and download function, you can skip this step.

01Add virtual device

Cloud configuration platform, that is, in the second-level domain name, Device Center—>Virtual Device → Add Device—>Query, you can see the real device registered in the device management platform, namely Anyaccess, select the corresponding real device, and fill in the corresponding Information -> Click OK, the virtual device is added.

For the newly applied second-level domain name, if no grouping has been established, a device grouping must be established first.

A. Add a   new group

B.  Add a virtual device

Scenario: A virtual device corresponds to a real device, which is the most widely used

B.    Many to One

Scenario: Multiple virtual devices correspond to one real device, that is, a real device is split into multiple virtual devices

Virtualize one or some variables of a device into a device X1, and virtualize some or some other variables into a device X2

C.     One-to-many

Scenario: One virtual device corresponds to multiple real devices, that is, multiple real devices are combined into one virtual device, that is, multiple gateways or screens are virtualized into one device

3. Add a template

01 About templates

Templates are divided into standard templates and non-standard templates.

A.       Standard template

Each device can only be bound to one template, and multiple devices can be bound to the same template. For some standard model devices, create a template, other devices can be bound to the same template, all data will be automatically corresponding according to the variable name, no need to create additional template binding. The device is addressed according to the variable name of the current device, and the device name on the template will be automatically changed internally. For example, template 1 has variable 1# switch, both A device and B device are bound to template 1, the variable name 1# switch of A device and the variable name 1# switch of B device are respectively corresponding to A/B device by default. String variable appears.

B.       Non-standard templates

Non-standard template, one template can configure different variables of multiple devices, suitable for centralized monitoring

02Add a template

In the cloud configuration platform, that is, the second-level domain name, add a template

Fourth, template binding

In the cloud configuration platform, that is, the second-level domain name, bind the added virtual device to the template

5. Template release

A.  In the cloud configuration platform, that is, the second-level domain name, perform configuration design in the added template

B.   Configuration design, similar to touch screen screen design, adding corresponding controls and binding corresponding data.

C. Template release, in the configuration design, click the triangle arrow in the upper right corner, select the corresponding device, and click Release.

D. View the corresponding screen in the configuration monitoring, or mobile APP
